Cwmbach GMS

Quite a N. Easterly breeze picked up overnight, but with a minimum temperature of 11.60C, the catch was reasonable (for this July, though poor by any other July's standards)  twenty seven species, of which eighteen were counted for the GMS.
A hint of migrant activity spiced things up, with singles of Diamond-back Moth and a tatty Silver Y. A Common Rustic agg hinted at things to come, while the highlights for me were Lozotaenia forsterana (1), Evergestis Pallidata (1), my first two Buff Arches of the year and my first Light Arches of the year.
