Mynydd Aberdar

Mike Hogan and I ran our Skinner traps on Mynydd Aberdar, last night, but clearing skies and falling temperatures (min 6.50C), following on from 'Hurricane Blodwen' mean't that hardly any moths were flying and at 00:30, we called it off and packed up.

The list for my trap, after running it for two and a quarter hours was:
Peppered Moth (1)
True Lover's-knot (2)
Brown Rustic (1)
Angle Shades (1)

Mike's trap, about a 100m from mine, had:
Flame Shoulder
True Lover's-knot
Pale-shouldered Brocade
Clouded-bordered Brindle
