Coed y Bedw

Brief visit to the reserve this morning to check for fallen trees (plenty) also turned up a couple of moths: Micropterix aureatella and grey birch and there was also this little creature (badly photographed with phone unfortunately). Initially i thought it was a tortrix but I soon realised it wasn't a moth at all but what I believe is a well-marked lacehopper? I can't anything that quite matches it on British Bugs website but can anyone suggest a better id than Cixius cunicularius?

  1. I don't think that Cixiids are very easy even from specimens.
