Looks like White-spotted. Very grey ground colour and chequered veins are helpful pointers.
Sorry I missed the first photo, that's a dark Brindled.
Actually the second one looks a bit Satyr like, but we don't have any VC records of that I don't think, so White-spotted more likely.

Second moth looks very much like a Golden-rod Pug but genitalia probably need checking
