Good start to Moth Night 2014

Wonders will never cease - Moth Night 2014 kicked off with the warmest night on which I've trapped in the garden this year (min. 16.1C) and my largest catch - around 62 species.

Highlights were two species new to the garden: Slender Pug and Zeiraphera ratzeburgiana.

Slender Pug (the photo makes it look browner than in life)
Zeiraphera ratzeburgiana

The only other moth of note was Haworth's Pug (4th garden record).
