Our Bridgend garden last night 09Jul15 (MV)

A warm night produced 126 individuals of 42 species. Of the ten new species for the year migrant species included Diamond-backed moth, Rusty Dot Pearl and Dark Swordgrass. Coleophora trifolii and Acrobasis repandana were new for the site (total now 383 species (263 macro / 120 micro). Also new for the year were Grey tortrix sp. Bud moth, Common Emerald, Common White Wave and The Gothic. Trapping was dominated by Chrysoteucha culmella, Heart and Dart and Uncertain.
